Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 ounces (140g) shelled pistachios, peeled
  • 5 ounces (140g) pitted dates
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Blend the pistachios into a fine crumb. Set aside a small amount for coating.


  2. Add the dates, cacao powder, vanilla, and salt. Blend to form a dough.


  3. Roll into small balls.


  4. Roll each ball in the reserved pistachio crumbs. Chill for 10 minutes to set.
