Description

Blueberry, ice cream and crisp white wine, this blueberry cream wine slush has got it all.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup white wine (I used Pinot Grigio. Sauvignon Blanc will work too.)
  • 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 8 ice cubes
  • Simple syrup or light agave nectar to taste (optional)
  • A splash of fresh lemon juice to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine blueberries, wine, ice cream, and ice cubes. Blend for 30-45 seconds, or until smooth.
  2. Add simple syrup or light agave nectar and lemon juice if desired.
  3. Serve in chilled wine glasses.
