Description

Bananas on Pocky sticks, coated with yogurt and sprinkled with chopped chocolate, these adorable banana yogurt frozen treats are super fun and easy to make.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 3 bananas
  • 18 Pocky sticks, any flavor
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream or whole milk
  • 4 ounces chocolate, chopped

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut each banana in 6 pieces.
  2. Insert a Pocky stick in each banana piece and place on a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Freeze for about an hour.
  3. In the meantime, whisk yogurt and heavy cream together in a small bowl. Chop up the chocolate.
  4. Dip the frozen bananas in the yogurt mixture, making sure they are well coated. Sprinkle with chopped chocolates and place them back down on the baking sheet. Return to the freezer until ready to serve. Enjoy!

Notes

When dipping the frozen bananas in the yogurt mixture, the Pocky sticks might break. Holding the part of the stick that’s close to the banana piece will help prevent the stick from breaking easily. In case the Pocky sticks do break, I suggest you enjoy them right away. That’s part of the reason that we use Pocky sticks instead of frozen treat sticks here. đŸ˜€
