Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cilantro, firmly packed
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, roughly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Lime juice from 2 limes, about 1/4 cup
  • 1 tablespoon coconut aminos

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender, blend on high speed for 30 seconds until thoroughly mixed.

Notes

  • The dressing can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week. Shake well before using.
