Description

Hummus and cucumber toast with feta cheese, red chili flakes and a drizzle of olive oil.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 6 slices baguette, cut horizontally
  • 1 cup hummus (I used Hummus Made Easy)
  • 1/2 cucumber, cut into 12 ribbons
  • 6 tablespoons feta cheese
  • Red chili flakes
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Toast bread and spread a thick layer of hummus onto each slice.
  2. Gently place 2 cucumber ribbons on top of the hummus of each slice; sprinkle with 1 tablespoon feta cheese and a pinch of red chili flakes. Repeat this step with the rest of the bread slices.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and enjoy!
