Take our Spicy Avocado and Seared Tuna Combo as an example. It features lean protein from tuna, healthy fat from avocado, and multiple vitamins and fibers from green vegetables along with a savory dressing. The entire dish takes 15 minutes to make from start to finish. If you try to put it in certain diet categories, it goes into paleo, healthy eating as well as clean eating. It’s also dairy-free and gluten-free if you substitute coconut aminos or Tamari for the soy sauce.
